Al Moez street is a roughly 1 kilometer pedestrian street located in the heart of what is known as Historic Cairo (sometimes referred to as ‘Masr El Adeema by locals). This street is home to one of the largest concentrations of medieval Islamic architecture, and gives you a real sense of the history of the city. Short for Al Moez Ldin Allah Al Fatmi- was named after the 4th caliph of the Fatimid dynasty. This street is a must-see if you’re visiting Cairo for the first time. 🎥: @laila_edwy #cair
