“Away” This piece is a bit more whimsical than my typical work but I think it works. I had a number of ways I considered executing it—breaking the top rail of the frame, angling the paper that’s floating away. Ultimately I decided to keep it simple by shifting it up and over a few inches. When I’m unsure how to execute a work, my rule of thumb is to always keep things simple. #artcollector #contemporaryart #modernart | Andrew Scott

Here’s a quick experimental piece inspired by the beautiful work of @fusionframesnw I’m by no means comparing this piece to the incredible wood fusion sculptures he creates.
