Bad Bunny is a leader. Calling it a “B(D)EI format” is exactly why this frustrated me to the point of tears. That phrase gets used to demean people of color and discredit talent, not to have real discussion. As someone who’s earned two degrees and is about to earn a third, hearing culture reduced to a buzzword is frustrating.
