Ireland is still not at the point of dropping its interstate case against Britain over the Legacy Act, the Tánaiste has said.
Marie Anderson’s office is set to appeal the ruling. The introduction of the Legacy Act on May 1 last year halted inquests, ended civil cases and attempted to introduce conditional immunity.
