SULLIVAN, WI — Racine County is once again under a heat advisory for Monday, July 28, when heat index values are expected to soar above 100 degrees for most of the day.
The high temperature in Green Bay is expected to be near 90 and, in Appleton, near 89. A heat advisory has been issued for much of northeast Wisconsin from noon to 7 p.m. July 28.
