The International Cricket Council (ICC) awarded $4.48 million (around Rs 40 crore) to the Indian women’s team for their World Cup triumph. This winner’s purse marked a 239% increase from the 2022 edition and even surpassed the $4 million prize awarded to the men’s ODI World Cup winners in 2023.
