Despite requests that Boston University cease using the interlocking logo, BU has “significantly expanded its use,” Baylor said in the complaint.

Baylor University filed a complaint for trademark infringement, unfair competition and related claims in a Texas federal district court last Friday against Boston University over its use of an interlocking BU design.
