Conservative members of Freedom Caucus have achieved a first. Starting Tuesday, they will comprise a majority of the Wyoming House — shifting power away from more moderate or mainstream Republicans.

It will mark a big test for the Freedom Caucus movement, which has spread from Washington to a dozen state capitols during the past decade, including to Missouri and Oklahoma last year.
