Louisiana's young "American Idol" star John Foster is headed to Addis for a hometown celebration to toast his spot as one of the TV show's three finalists. Foster will be welcomed back with a parade in his honor on Wednesday and will treat community members to a concert along the waterfront in Plaquemine.
