Indiana Fever guard Caitlin Clark has missed games for the first time since her high school playing days in Iowa. The second-year guard is out with a left quadriceps injury. She dealt with a similar injury during the preseason, but team officials have said this one is different and more significant.

The Indiana Fever announced some bad news on Monday, as Caitlin Clark will be out for at least two weeks with a strained left quadriceps muscle. The reigning WNBA Rookie of the Year has gotten off to a good start to her second season, averaging 19.0 points, 6.0 rebounds, 9.3 assists, 1.3 steals, 1.0 blocks and 2.8 three-pointers in 34.9 minutes.
