Cassie Ventura, who's expecting her third baby with husband Alex Fine, has been taken to the N.Y.C. Labor and Delivery Unit, a source confirms to PEOPLE. The news comes two weeks after Ventura completed her four-day testimony in Sean "Diddy" Combs' criminal trial.

Over four days of testimony, Cassie spoke about Sean "Diddy" Combs' alleged abuse, jealousy and painkiller overdose in their 11-year relationship.

She is expecting baby number three.
