The Goochland School Board officially appointed Dr. Andrew Armstrong as the new superintendent during a meeting Tuesday night.

The first witness to take the stand during day two of Lori Daybell's trial was a Chandler firefighter who responded to the scene back in July 2019, when Charles Vallow was killed.
