A Silver Alert has been issues for a missing Portland man with cognitive issues. Police say 64-year-old Jeffrey Cyr of Portland was last seen on Thursday around 5:30 p.m. at the Portland Center for Assisted Living on 68 Devonshire Street in Portland.

A Silver Alert has been issued for a 50-year-old Jackson woman. Agents with the Mississippi Bureau of Investigation (MBI) said Angela Tory was last seen on Monday, January 13 around 10:45 a.m. in the 1000 block of East County Line Road.
