J.P. Crawford drove a two-run home run into the right field seats off Robert Garcia in the ninth inning to give the Seattle Mariners a big 4-3 victory over the Texas Rangers on Friday night.

Seattle began its eventual failed rally in the bottom of the sixth. Trailing 2-0, shortstop J.P. Crawford scored on a balk attributed to Rangers starting pitcher Merrill Kelly. Center fielder Julio Rodriguez hit an RBI double to knot the contest up 2-2.

Wyatt Langford hit a tiebreaking single in the 11th inning, and the Texas Rangers beat the Seattle Mariners 6-4 on Saturday. Batting with runners on the corners and nobody out, Langford sliced a fastball from Casey Legumina (4-6) into right field. Ezequiel Duran followed with a broken-bat single, driving in Sam Haggerty for a 6-4 lead.
