Tampa Bays Rays young slugger Junior Caminero is the latest to confirm his participation in the upcoming 2025 Home Run Derby. MLB announced the news on Wednesday, which means just two spots remain in the eight-player Derby field.
Our MLB home run props for the Fourth of July include Junior Caminero, Shohei Ohtani, and Pete Crow-Armstrong.
Like teammates Jonathan Aranda, Yandy Diaz, Brandon Lowe, Ryan Pepiot and Drew Rasmussen, Caminero is hoping to either be elected in the players vote or appointed to the team by Major League Baseball officials filling out the 32-man rosters. Players also can be added as substitutes for injured All-Stars right up to the July 15 game in Atlanta.
