Any team interested in acquiring guard Derrick White from the Boston Celtics had to pay a steep price, according to NBA insider <a href=" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Jake Fischer.

Derrick White was rumored to be a trade candidate during the 2025 NBA Draft, but there reportedly wasn't a deal close to happening involving him.

Reportedly, Boston told at least one team that they would require a “Mikal Bridges–type” package in return for Derrick White.
