Hurricane Melissa, one of the strongest storms to ever form in the Caribbean, is due to hit Bermuda tonight or early tomorrow after causing devastation in Jamaica and Cuba.

Hurricane Melissa has devastated Jamaica to levels never seen before, the United Nations resident coordinator for the island nation said on Wednesday.

A landslide blocked the main roads of Santa Cruz in Jamaica’s St. Elizabeth parish, where the streets were reduced to mud pits.
