Tulane football head coach Jon Sumrall directly addressed bringing in Jake Retzlaff at the American Conference Media Day.

As the primary starter at BYU last season, Retzlaff completed 57.9% of his passes for 2,947 yards, 20 touchdowns and 12 interceptions in the air across 13 games.
