A small plane has crashed into an urban center in the southern Brazilian city of Gramado, killing all 10 people on board and injuring over a dozen more on the ground, according to Brazilian authorities.

Several passenger plane crashes have occurred worldwide this year, including a Wednesday morning Azerbaijan Airlines wreck that has left dozens feared dead.

Ten members of a family are dead following a small plane crash near the city of Gramado in southern Brazil on Sunday, authorities said.
