Tech company Astronomer said its board launched an investigation after CEO Andy Byron was seen embracing a coworker at a Coldplay concert.

"If we are getting creative, a possible claim would be for defamation," an attorney exclusively tells Page Six.

"Our leaders are expected to set the standard in both conduct and accountability, and recently, that standard was not met," the IT company wrote.
