Everton will face no further action from the Premier League after resolving all outstanding Profit and Sustainability Rules charges levelled against them.

A joint statement released by the club and the Premier League said: “The outstanding element of the complaint against Everton Football Club for its breach of the Premier League’s Profitability and Sustainability Rules for the period ending season 2022/23 has been discontinued meaning that the club will face no further action.
Everton have avoided any further punishment over alleged financial fair play breaches after the Premier League discontinued its investigation into a final charge. Last year the Toffees became the first side in Premier League history to be deducted points – eight in total after appeals – for breaking Profit and Sustainability Rules (PSR).
