The unbeaten start to America East play continues for Bryant men’s basketball. The Bulldogs head into a two-game road trip at 6-0 in the conference. Bryant will play at UMBC Thursday night at 6:00 P.M.

Bryant University fifth-year guard, Earl TImberlake was named America East Player of the Week, the league announced on Tuesday morning. Timberlake had an outstanding all-around week in two wins averaging 17.

Earl Timberlake helped Bryant extend its strong start, Ryan Mela was a factor for PC in the only Big East game he played last week.

ALBANY, N.Y. (AP) — Rafael Pinzon's 22 points helped Bryant defeat Albany 89-79 on Thursday night. Pinzon had five assists and three steals for the Bulldogs (9-9, 3-0 America East Conference).

Rafael Pinzon dropped his 3rd 30 point game of the season and Earl Timberlake had a double-double as the Bryant Bulldogs overcame a slow start in the first half and beat the Binghamton Bearcats by a final score of 83-69.

Bryant ranks seventh in the America East in team defense, giving up 76.3 points while holding opponents to 41.5% shooting. The Bearcats are 1-4 in America East play. Binghamton is 3-2 when it has fewer turnovers than its opponents and averages 13.
