Tulsa city crews are getting ready for the winter storm that’s set to move into the area Thursday. They have thousands of gallons of brine and tons of salt ready to treat the roads before the snow even falls.

A man is dead after a shooting at an apartment complex in east Tulsa. Police responded to the Plaza Hills East Apartments near 21st and 129th East Avenue around 3 a.m.. Tulsa Police said officers found the victim dead on arrival.
