Stockton police have arrested Corey Freeman, 35, and Mackenzie Rivers, 22, in connection with the killing of 20-year old Armandeep Singh Waraich.

A man has been arrested in connection with the 2023 shooting death of a teenager at a park in Stockton. On April 12, 2023, officers responded to a report of a shooting at Unity Park where they found one teenage victim who had been shot and another who had been pistol-whipped.
