A woman was killed and another person was injured after being mauled by two dogs at a park in San Bernardino, police said. Officers responded to reports of a dog attack around 5 p.m. Thursday at Perris Hill Park in the 1100 block of East Highland Avenue, according to Capt. Nelson Carrington of the San Bernardino Police Department.
