(CNN) - Toyota is recalling more than 1 million of its vehicles over a backup camera issue. Federal regulators say when in reverse, the cameras could show a blank or frozen image, which could pose a crash risk. The recall covers more than 100 models and model years of Toyota, Lexus and Subaru vehicles.
