This article explains how to set up Find My (or its predecessor Find My iPhone) on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod Touch using iOS (or iPadOS) 13 or newer.

To find your phone when it's offline, you'll have to make sure Find My and Find My Network are set up. Open your iPhone's Settings menu, tap on your name and choose Find My.

Whether your iPhone isn't showing up in the Find My app, its location isn't updating, or the device appears offline, there's no need to panic.
