Former Michigan defensive coordinator Jesse Minter has his first NFL head coaching job. The 42-year-old was announced as the Ravens’ new head coach on Thursday, returning to Baltimore where he served as an assistant under John Harbaugh from 2017-2020.

Hafley dealt with multiple injuries in those years but was eager to stay involved, so he helped coaches break down film and even was in the booth with them on many game days. Little did he know he'd found his calling.
