Bradley Beal has officially completed a contract buyout with the Phoenix Suns and will sign a two-year, $11 million deal with the Los Angeles Clippers, according to ESPN's Shams Charania.

The former All-Star became one of the league's more interesting for teams looking to improve as it became clear that his time in Phoenix was coming to an end.

Frank believes the Clippers have what it takes to win a playoff series for the first time in five years, at the very least.
