Two Tarrant County restaurants were temporarily closed after multiple roaches were found during the June 29-July 12 health inspections, according to data from the county compiled by the Star-Telegram.

At the time of the inspection, person in charge has several priority violations as well as a pest and rodent infestation. Employees and management had very little knowledge of food safety practices.
