The All-Star starters were selected through a combination of voting by fans (50 percent), a national panel of media members (25 percent) and current WNBA players (25 percent).

Brionna Jones and Brittney Sykes have been selected to replace Caitlin Clark and Satou Sabally, who are both injured.
