There will again be two in-season top 16 reveals leading up to the 2025 NCAA women’s basketball tournament, as the selection committee will share which teams are currently ranked in their top 16 ahead of Selection Sunday. Women’s college basketball lost a ton of talent to the WNBA in 2024, as the likes of Caitlin Clark, Angel Reese, and Aaliyah Edwards, among others, left for the pros. But, there’s still plenty of talent in the college ranks.

The Maryland Terrapins are ranked 18th in this week’s AP poll, which marks the teams first ranking in a year and its highest ranking since 2022.
