A judge has ordered the Florida State University student accused of killing two people and wounding six others in a mass shooting on campus last month to remain jailed without bond.

HIALEAH, Fla. (WFLA) — A man was shot and killed over a parking spot at an apartment building while visiting a friend Tuesday. According to NBC affiliate WTVJ, Hialeah police officers responded to the building at East 9th Street and 7th Avenue.

One day after being released from the hospital, Phoenix Ikner, 20, made his first appearance at the Leon County Courthouse.

The Sarasota County Sheriff's Office reported that a Lexington man was arrested on Sunday in Florida and charged with attempted murder and kidnapping, following a weekend shooting.
