Disgraced US music mogul Sean "Diddy" Combs plans to appeal his conviction and prison sentence for sex crimes, his lawyers said in a letter to Judge Arun Subramanian on Tuesday. The 55-year-old rapper was sentenced in early October to four years and two months in prison after a jury earlier found him guilty of two counts of transportation to engage in prostitution.
