The shooting at Salt Lake City's "No Kings" project told through the lens of on-the-scene Salt Lake Tribune photographers.

Detectives believe the victim was at the demonstration as a bystander and “was not the intended target of the gunfire.”

As 40 people sheltered in a covered space in downtown Salt Lake City after the No Kings shooting, somebody saw a man with a gun.

Most of the "No Kings" protests across the country were peaceful, however, one person has died from a shooting in Salt Lake City.
