The resurgent Ravens are making another move to help continue their midseason turnaround, acquiring edge defender Dre'Mont Jones from the Titans for a conditional fifth-round pick, per CBS Sports senior NFL insider Jonathan Jones.

According to NFL Network's Ian Rapoport, the Ravens sent a conditional fifth-round draft pick that can potentially become a fourth-round selection to the Titans in exchange for Jones. The 28-year-old has 4.5 sacks in nine games with Tennessee this season.
