AC Milan have reappointed Massimiliano Allegri as their head coach.The 57-year-old Italian previously managed the Serie A club from June 2010 to January 2014.Allegri succeeds Sergio Conceicao, who was sacked on Thursday after only six months in charge of the Rossoneri.
