Ford issues recall for more than 130,000 Lincoln Aviator SUVs due to a risk of parts detaching while driving, with free repairs available for affected owners.

Ford is recalling 132,914 Aviator SUVs in the United States because parts, including rear door window bars, may detach due to insufficient adhesive retention, the U.S. National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) said on Tuesday.

The recall train has returned to Ford station once more, as a group of its luxurious Lincoln Aviator models are now subject to a recall by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration.
