Kelly Clarkson cancelled her first Las Vegas residency show at the Colosseum Theater at Caesars Palace on Independence Day, just 90 minutes before showtime.

The Fourth of July holiday concerts that would have kicked off "Studio Sessions" at The Colosseum inside of Caesars Palace have been postponed.

Kelly Clarkson has postponed the holiday weekend opener of her Las Vegas residency, titled Kelly Clarkson: Studio Sessions, at the Colosseum Theater at Caesars Palace hours before the show was scheduled as a safeguard measure against “serious damage” to her vocal cords.
