The Oklahoma City Thunder have clinched the first seed. Not surprising considering they've held a double-digit game lead in the standings for most of the season. But let's look at the rest of the West playoff picture.

Miami is now a half-game back for the No. 9 seed after its Monday victory. The Heat have the potential to move ahead of the Bulls by way of a head-to-head win on Wednesday at the United Center.

There is just one week left in the NBA season and very little is settled. The top couple of seeds in each conference are set — Oklahoma City and Houston in the West, Cleveland and Boston in the East — and after that things open up quickly.
