Iranian, Egyptian and U.N. leaders have met to discuss Iran’s nuclear program after the U.N. nuclear watchdog agency said Iran is increasing its stockpile of uranium enriched to near weapons-grade levels.

Iran said Monday it will not accept a nuclear agreement that deprives it of what it called "peaceful activities", a reference to uranium enrichment, as it pressed the United States for guarantees it would drop sanctions.

In a confidential report seen by the BBC, the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) said Iran now possesses over 400kg of uranium enriched to 60% purity - well above the level used for civilian purposes and close to weapons grade, and a near 50% increase in three months.
