On Wednesday at 1:55 a.m. a heat advisory was released by the National Weather Service valid for Thursday between 10 a.m. and 8 p.m. for Eastern Montgomery and Lower Bucks as well as Delaware and Philadelphia counties.
On Tuesday at 2:14 p.m. a heat advisory was released by the National Weather Service valid from Wednesday 11 a.m. until Thursday 10 p.m. for Passaic, Hudson, Bergen, Essex and Union counties.
The National Weather Service released a heat advisory at 11:14 a.m. on Tuesday valid for Wednesday between 10 a.m. and 7 p.m. for Lauderdale, Colbert, Franklin, Lawrence, Limestone, Madison, Morgan and Cullman counties.
The heat advisory includes parts of Delaware, Pennsylvania, New York, Connecticut and New Jersey, where two people died in flooding.
