ARLINGTON - The Houston Astros juggled their rotation to have Framber Valdez start in Sunday's series finale against the Rangers. Houston had gone to a six-man rotation amid a stretch of playing 17 straight days but moved Valdez up to pitch on regular rest Sunday.
