CORVALLIS — The top-seeded Oregon State Beavers host the third-seeded USC Trojans Monday afternoon in the final of the Corvallis Regional at Goss Stadium. The winner will advance to the super regionals of the NCAA baseball tournament.

Home runs by Diego Castellanos and Aide Taurek gave Saint Mary’s a 3-1 lead that they couldn’t hold onto against USC on Saturday night.

A runner-up finish in the Big 12 Conference baseball tournament had the TCU Horned Frogs on the bubble of hosting an NCAA Regional this postseason. TCU was ultimately tabbed as a No. 2 seed for the Corvallis Regional,
