Andy Byron, the CEO of a New York-based tech firm, Astronomer, has resigned after being caught cuddling with his coworker at a Coldplay concert.
Astronomer CEO Andy Byron and his chief people officer, Kristin Cabot are being investigated by their board after after a video of them snuggled up took the internet by storm. An Astronomer spokesperson told Fortune the CEO has been placed on leave.
Internet sleuths identified the pair at the Boston concert as Andy Byron, CEO of tech company Astronomer, and Kristin Cabot, the company's Chief People Officer. Byron was already CEO when Cabot was hired to the board in November 2024.
