On Tuesday, the team announced it released defensive tackle Mike Pennel, a veteran who won two Super Bowls with the Kansas City Chiefs. Pennel, 34, was signed to the Bengals’ practice squad on Sept. 1 and appeared in eight games for Cincinnati this season.
