The Titans will be without starters Jeffery Simmons, Calvin Ridley, Arden Key and Xavier Woods against the Chargers.

The Tennessee Titans could be putting a few key players on the trade block after a 1-7 start to the 2025 season.

The Titans have already ruled out Jeffery Simmons, Calvin Ridley, Arden Key, and Xavier Woods for this contest.

Ridley (hamstring) won't play Sunday against the Chargers, Jim Wyatt of the Titans ' official site reports.

Tennessee Titans interim coach Mike McCoy said at his Wednesday press conference that both Jeffery Simmons and Calvin Ridley will miss practice on Wednesday. McCoy said last week Simmons would be week-to-week with the hamstring injury he suffered in the loss to the New England Patriots.

New England has the most cap space left in the NFL this year, making the team a logical candidate to absorb Ridley's hefty deal. Veteran Stefon Diggs and third-year player Kayshon Boutte are currently the Patriots' top-two receivers, but Ridley would likely take over as Maye's top option if acquired.

Ridley hasn't practiced since being forced out of Week 6 action, so his status for Sunday's game against the Chargers remains cloudy. If the wideout ends up missing a third straight game, Chimere Dike, Elic Ayomanor and Van Jefferson would once against be in line to lead Tennessee's WR corps this weekend.
