So, I recently switched to VZW PostPaid and I have a pair of 8800L MiFi's attached to two of my unlimited lines. They're a decent deal for $10/per month (each, 50% off promotion, hardware separate). Though the only get 15GB/mo each before being hard throttled to ~0.5-1Mbit/sec. I've been test...
That's Verizon, bite you where they can. If I put the MyVerizon App on my phone (a different carrier) can I check my MiFi and use less data then on the computer web site? Speaking of data usage. How accurate do you find what Verizon says you used vs what some data usage app on your phone or computer show? Thx Click to expand...

We live rural and depend on cellular for internet access. Just added MiFi 2000 w/100GB to replace Verizon. Are there any downsides (other than having to replace the battery early) with leaving the device plugged in. The charger that came with it is not a fast charge charger. Thanks
You're mistaking 2 different devices. there is the MiFi 2200 and the ZTE 5-Spot. The ZTE is global capable while the MiFi is CDMA only. To answer the question, the 5-spot would certainly work in the phillipines.

( I know I'm getting a bit technical here ) coupled with a Surecall's CM230W, with a LMR400, amplified by CM700V 70dB, directly connected to the 4620L which in turn is connected to MBR1000 which finishes the WiFi job. But here, I have a question. 1. But my requirement is I want 4620L is to be ...
Usually people wanting data-only lines using a MiFi, need to buy the device from and manage the line working with Verizon directly, paying the rates they dictate.
I use the Verizon MiFi 8800L (Inseego). My best house signal is in the kitchen. My desk top is in the bedroom about 30 ft away through 2 walls. Less signal then my laptop in the kitchen, but works fine. In the kitchen near the MiFi I've seen 15mbps, right now in the bedroom 10mbps. That's with 1-2 bars in a fringe rural area.
