"We drove up for a simple air check. There were only 2 cars in the bay and at least 6 employees that I could see. 3 working on the 2 cars, and the other 3 walking around trying to look busy. I'm a patient person, so I didn't mind waiting. However, I sat there for about 5 minutes while I made eye contact with 4 of the employees, none of which acknowledged me. A simple "I'll be with you in a few minutes" would've sufficed. Instead I got several "eat (profanity removed)" looks. I finally got out and asked one of the guys if I just needed to do it myself. He said he'd rather not have a lady do it herself, so he'd have "one of those butt heads" (his words) do it for me. The employee with the mustache (you know who you are) made a very exaggerated, inconvenienced face to his buddy before approaching my car and just opening my driver door like an idiot. No introduction, no apology about the blatant ignoring. I've never driven up to a Discount Tire and heard rap music blaring in the bay, throwing the word "(profanity removed)" around. Nothing about this place is professional or Christian. Do yourself a favor and avoid it. Find someplace else."
